San Tung Chinese Restaurant
San Tung serves amazingly addictive and delicious dry fried chicken wings. It's a popular dish that is most likely ordered at every table. I don't like eating any type of meat off the bone, mainly because I don't like to get my fingers sticky or greasy, but I make an exception for San Tung's dry fried chicken wings. They're very sticky and sweet, not spicy at all. A few drumsticks are given, but the majority of the plate is wings. They're deep fried and remain crunchy, even when soaked in the fantastic sauce. The meat falls off the bone so easily and I find myself cleaning the bone down to the last drop of sauce. Ah, love at first bite.
"This is a Chinese restaurant" is a sufficient enough reason to explain the non-existent service. They're very quick with taking orders, so it's helpful to know what you want immediately after sitting down. But to avoid the crowds and lines, order to-go instead.
